WHAT YOU NEED

• Pattern  (3 per sheet)

• 1 full sheet label paper

• 5 1/2" by 2 1/4" wooden plaque or cardboard cut to that size

• 4" string or ribbon

                                            plus

• stain or paint
• hole punch

DIRECTIONS

 1. Use hole punch to put a hole in the center top of the plaque.

 2. Stain or paint both sides of plaque.  (Do one side, let it dry, and then do the other.)

 3. Print pattern on full sheet label paper.

 4. Cut out tablets, luther seal, commandment number and words.

 5. Arrange tablets, commandment number and commandment text on one side of the plaque.

  6. Arrange Luther's seal and quotation text on the other side of the plaque.

 7. Feed string or ribbon through top hole and tie in a bow.
